Our journey at nunc has led us to create the UK's first twice-fermented, alcoholic kombucha (in America they call it "Hard Kombucha"). We prefer honesty over marketing jargon; so we'll keep it simple - this is authentic alcoholic kombucha, brewed not blended, and crafted with real ingredients not chemicals.
Our brews are refreshingly complex, with a lighter 2.5% ABV. They're designed for enjoying the moment without overindulgence. At nunc, we believe in mindful drinking. So, whether it's alcoholic or not, we're all about elevating your drinking experience.
